All data you input into Tutoor is saved exclusively on your local iOS device. As developers, we cannot access, read, back up, or modify this data.
2.2 iCloud Synchronization
To facilitate data synchronization across multiple devices, Tutoor utilizes Apple’s iCloud service:
- Your data is encrypted and stored on Apple’s cloud servers via your Apple ID.
- The developer does not own or have backend access to your iCloud container.
- You can disable iCloud sync permissions for Tutoor at any time in your iOS System Settings.
2.3 Subscription and Payment Data
Tutoor offers in-app subscriptions. All payment processes are handled through the Apple App Store:
- We do not obtain any of your payment methods (such as credit card info), real names, or contact numbers.
- We only receive anonymous transaction receipts provided by Apple to verify subscription validity and unlock premium features.
3. System Permissions
Tutoor may request the following permissions to provide specific features. These are entirely optional:
- iCloud Permission: Used for data backup and cross-device synchronization.
- Face ID / Touch ID: Used to verify your identity when launching the app to enhance privacy.
- Photo Library: Used to save generated course schedules or feedback forms to your device.

To ensure your data security, Tutoor employs the following mechanisms:
- Local Storage: Your data remains on your device.
- Data Transmission: Your data utilizes end-to-end encryption technology during transmission to iCloud, in compliance with Apple’s security standards.
- iCloud Backup: When iCloud is enabled, data is transferred to Apple’s encrypted cloud. Data is protected by Apple’s industry-leading security technology during transmission and storage.
5. User Rights
As the sole owner of your data, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can view all entered data within the Tutoor app at any time.
- Right to Manage: You can modify or edit existing records whenever you choose.
- Right to Erasure: You can delete individual records at any time, or clear all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.
6. Children’s Privacy
Tutoor is a productivity tool designed for teachers, training institution professionals, or freelancers.
- Age Restriction: Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
7. Third-Party Services
Tutoor is committed to providing a clean user experience:
- No Ads: We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs.
